Swine Flu: Leadership Checklist for Protecting Your Employees & Your Business

Swine Flu & Other Pandemic Events: Leadership Checklist for Protecting Your Employees & Your Business

Why you can't afford to miss this audio conference:

Public health emergencies are a true test of leadership skills, one managers cannot afford to fail. In these already-challenging economic times, failing to prepare for a crisis such as the H1N1 (swine flu) virus can spell disaster for your employees…and your bottom line.

Managers must be prepared to not only deal with high rates of absenteeism due to infection as well as the closing of public transportation systems and schools, but also for the psychological effects of panic on employees. Additionally, they must be prepared to identify and assess risk and keep business operations running in any contingency.

In just 60 minutes, this crucial audio conference will take you through the 10 things your managers and decision makers must do to ensure the survival of your business when crisis strikes.

Your managers will learn:
  • Ways they can ensure peak performance from employees even in times of crisis
  • The impact of disaster stress on employees and how to mitigate it
  • How to recognize the symptoms of stress and burnout
  • Tips on identifying and tackling destructive response patterns
  • Stress management basics to help employees become more resilient
  • The importance of social support systems for employees
  • Why you must have a business continuity plan in place to keep your business running in the event of disaster
  • Tips on identifying threats to your business and assessing risk
  • And more…
Plus, listeners will be able to participate in a brief Q & A session immediately following the audio conference.

CD opportunity: After the audio conference, you can purchase the CD recording of the event to share with other managers and new hires.
